JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-08-2018 While passing the order on 10.07.2018, inadvertently, the case number has been indicated as 'LPA No.1440 of 2013'. This is an error. The correct case number is 'LPA No.1440 of 2015'. That apart, we had directed for listing of the matter for analogous hearing along with LPA No.1702 of 2017. Challenging an order passed by the learned Writ Court on 13.04.2015 in CWJC No.21720 of 2014, this appeal has

Patna High Court LPA No.1440 of 2015(14) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 been filed by the petitioner-employee and challenging the same order passed, an LPA was filed by the State Government being LPA No.1702 of 2017 and various other cases. By a detailed order passed on 11.07.2018, the LPA filed by the State Government has already been rejected by this Court and in view of the above, now, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter in the present case. The appellant shall reap the benefit which has already been granted to him by virtue of the dismissal of the LPA filed by the State Government on 11.07.2018.
