The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharsa P.S. Case No.578 of 2017 registered under Section 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that children of two families were quarreled with each other. She went there and while she was coming with her son, Bipin Sah, the petitioner assaulted with iron rod and other accused persons also assaulted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant got only two simple injuries one on head and another bruise on left thigh. Both injuries are simple in nature. The case has been compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid that on account of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34245 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 quarrel with the children of two families some altercation and assault took place in which the informant got simple injuries, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.578 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
