Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15958 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51071 of 2019(3) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018.
