Patna High Court MJC No.1074 of 2015 (11) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 produced a cheque for a sum of Rs. 3,22,950/- which is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the handing over of the aforesaid cheque, admittedly nothing survives in the present petition, as is accepted by the learned counsel for both parties, hence the present petition is dismissed.

It goes without saying that the learned counsel for the parties are at liberty to avail the remedy which is available to them under the law for redressal of the grievances of the respective parties.
