As report was called for from the Court below on 31.07.2017 as regards the stage of the trial. The learned court below as per letter no.193 dated 24.08.2017 has reported that the Gopalpur P.S.Case No.05 of 2013 has been disposed of as per judgment dated 16.10.2014 and all the accused persons who are petitioners before this Court have been acquitted. It appears that on account of acquittal these petitioners have left interest in prosecution of this case.

This criminal application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
