The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/302/498/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant, Bikash Kumar, is that marriage of his sister, Gaytri Devi, was performed with Giresh Das, who is working in CRPF. His sister was second wife of Giresh Das. He has two daughters and one son from his first wife. After marriage, his sister was being tortured. On 21.09.2017, he received information about killing of his sister by her in-laws then he went at Sasural of his sister and found that house was locked. Thereafter, he started search the dead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34087 of 2018(2) dt.14-06-2018 2/2 body of his sister and saw that 10 litres of Kerosene oil kept in a jarkin and one 15 litres of empty plastic jarkin smelling with Kerosene oil was found at burning ghat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is step daughter of the deceased, sister of the informant, and marriage of sister of the informant was performed with the father of petitioner after death of her mother and later on, sister of informant died due to diarrhea, but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
