Learned counsel for the State and Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') have assisted the Court.

2. In view of the categorical statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University on 27.02.2018 with regard to the claim for arrears having been calculated and paid to the tune of Rs. 29,16,262/-, the Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. Further, nobody has appeared on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1616 of 2015 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 petitioner to press the writ petition and there is no rejoinder to the aforesaid counter affidavit, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 27.02.2018 itself, the Court can presume that nothing further remains in the writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
