JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 27.09.2013, contained in Memo No. 716 dated 27.09.2013 passed in Case No. 579 (03) of 2013 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
