Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mufassil P.S. Case No.172 of 2010 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 3(2-E) of Prevention to Damage of Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

As per impugned order, the petitioner after having granted regular bail has jumped the bail and has been declared absconder by the learned Court below. Processes under Section 82/83 Cr. P.C. have also been issued against the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34038 of 2018 (3) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
