The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. Earlier by order dated 22.11.2013 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with regard to recovery of two kilogram of charas and armed with carbine from the possession of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
