This petition has been filed under section 482 of the Cr. P. C for restoration of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 61 of 2018. It would appear from perusal of the record that the aforesaid Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 61 of 2018 stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 02.04.2018 passed by this court in the said Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 61 of 2018. However, in the interest of justice, Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 61 of 2018 is restored to its original number subject to condition that the applicant shall remove the defect(s) pointed out in the aforesaid Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 61 of 2018 within six weeks, failing which this order shall be deemed to be redundant.
