1. Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nagendra Prasad, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Murliganj P. S. Case No. 452 of 2024 dated 13.10.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the so-called victim who happens to be the daughter of the informant, is a major girl and her age has been assessed to be between 17-19 years by the medical board, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 12.10.2024 but the FIR was registered on the next day and thereafter on 14.10.2024, informant's daughter and this petitioner were found in Murliganj market, from where both were escorted by the police,

No.56634 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 in fact, the informant's daughter had left her father's house of her own free will due to her love affair with this petitioner and later she solemnized marriage with this petitioner and all these facts were accepted by her before the Judicial Magistrate while recording her statement under section 183 of the B.N.S. and in this regard, a specific statement has been made in paragraph no. 12 of the petition. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is 22 year old young boy having fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 15.10.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Murliganj P. S. Case No. 452 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
