Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased is the son of the petitioner and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR as the deceased has committed suicide.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59256 of 2022(4) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, III, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022.
