2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 186 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 498A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. According to allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year, 2018. The accused persons including the petitioner started demanding Rs. 1,50,000/- as dowry and on non-fulfillment of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is ready to keep the complainant/victim with full dignity and honour.

5. None appeared on behalf of the complainant/opposite party No. 2.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 186 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The learned court below shall accept the bail bond provisionally for a period of six months. In the meantime, the court below shall explore the possibility of restoration of conjugal life between the petitioner and the complainant through mediation and conciliation. If it comes to the notice of the court below that due to apathy and reluctance of the

No.61013 of 2024(9) dt.08-10-2025 3/3 petitioner, the matrimonial relation could not be restored, his bail bond may not be confirmed and if, it comes to the light that due to adamant attitude of the complainant, the restoration of the conjugal life was hampered, the bail bond shall be confirmed.
