The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country-made liquor and other materials used in preparation of liquor was allegedly recovered from the river side. Allegation is that the same is of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.07.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
