2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code along with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, two thousand ammunition were recovered from the Alto car of which petitioner is a registered owner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of ammunition has been recovered and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
