This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.11.2011 issued by the Secretary, Social Welfare, Govt. of Bihar, Patna by which he has rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that she was overage. As per the State Government the maximum age for the post of Anganwari Supervisor has been fixed to 45 years.
As per the affidavit filed by the petitioner on 7.5.2013, she has declared her age as 50 years.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10830 of 2013 (2) dt.11-08-2016 Learned counsel for the State has placed reliance on the judgment of this Court in the case of Manju Das & anr. v. the State of Bihar & ors., reported in 2010(3) PLJR 1012. The present case is fully covered by the said judgment of this Court in the case of Manju Das (supra).
In view of above, this Court does not find any merit in this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Surendra/- U
