JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard Sri Sanjay Parasmani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Renu Kumari, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2015 registered on 5.9.2015 under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. the informant has disclosed that on 31.8.2015 in the night he was assaulted by the petitioner and other accused persons and thereafter he was taken by the Police but on the same day he did not make any statement showing involvement of the petitioner. Only on 2.9.2015 on his fardbyan F.I.R. was registered. According to learned counsel for the petitioner this is a fit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1601 of 2016 (3) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 circumstance for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the material available on record as well as case diary. In view of direct accusation, I do not find it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
The petitions stands dismissed.
