In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that on 5 PM he along with his accomplice entered into the Jewellry shop of the informant, assaulted his son, tried to outrage the modesty of his daughter and took away ornaments from the shop, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within six weeks, which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
