The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.236 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury and the allegation levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65499 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.236 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
