JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 After some argument, Sri Shardanand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Purnendu Singh, learned Govt. Pleader no.27 makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by the writ petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 13.06.2013 till date may be excluded, while considering the limitation matter.
