The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-22(1)(2)/23(1)/24/25 of the P.C. & P.N.D.T. Act. At the very outset, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that two diagnostic centers of the petitioner were raided by the informant and two separate cases were registered. It is pointed out by him that in one case, the petitioner has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19-04-2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34136 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10300 of 2014, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-1 to this petition.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
