The petitioner who is in custody since 17.04.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 (District-Siwan) registered for the offence punishable under sections 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioner who on seeing police personnel made an attempt to escape was arrested with a stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the motorcycle belongs to his friend and that he is in custody since 17.04.2019.

The application for bail was opposed by learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51289 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2019, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
