That this writ petition is being filed for quashing the whole Departmental Proceeding as initiated by forming Prapatra 'Ka' dated 27/5/2020 though the suspension order is dated 10/12/2019 violating procedure of initiating within 90 days it is required to be initiated and till today the Departmental Proceeding has not attained its finality though the stipulated period of conclusion of Departmental Proceeding is 80 days as per Rule 2005."

The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to finally conclude the departmental proceeding, by passing the final order, within a period of three months from today, failing which the departmental proceeding in question shall stand abated and the petitioner would be liable to be paid the entire outstanding retiral dues. It is directed accordingly.
