JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Both these petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Sanokhar P.S. Case No.19 of 2013 instituted under Section-302 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the seriousness of the allegations, I am not inclined to entertain these applications. However, the petitioners may surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and the Court below would deal with their bail applications without being prejudiced by order of this Court.
