The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered under Sections 30 and 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34334 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.
