Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 7 of 2019 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/4 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner is accused of being involved in smuggling of 828 Kg of Ganja. From the report of the trial Court it appears that out of five witnesses one witness has been examined.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58309 of 2022(7) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
