The petitioner seeks bail in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 14 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S.
