2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 5 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of co-accused Lalita Devi.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
