JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 01.08.2017 in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.85/2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(A), 37(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, on accusation of recovery of huge quantity of Indian Make Foreign liquor, has prayed for grant of bail. Considering the nature of accusation, as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Rai @ Sanjay Kumar Arya be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.85/2017.
