Petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 124 of 2011 registered for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 168, 471, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner had submitted genuine certificate as contained in Annexure-4. There was an error in the father's name of the petitioner in the joining letter and petitioner had filed several
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63427 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 petitions before the authorities for its correction, but the same was not corrected, as is evident from Annexure-5. As a matter of fact, the petitioner has already been terminated from the post of Panchayat Teacher. Petitioner has no criminal history. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 124 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
