JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner is mother in law of the victim, Shamshida Khatoon. In course of investigation, the witnesses stated that Shamshida Khatoon had left her matrimonial home by her own sweet will and after that dead bodies of her children were recovered near a river.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15993 of 2015 (3) dt.22-06-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 8th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No. 99 of 2015 arising out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014.
