As per the order dated 04.01.2023 it has been submitted by counsel for the respondent that actual payment of death-cum-retiral dues has already been paid to the father of petitioner, in this regard counsel for the petitioner seeks time to ascertain the same but he has again demanding time. The Court is not inclined to grant any further time to the counsel for the petitioner in this regard. This application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner that if it has been found that something not paid,
