2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Excise P.S. Case No. 575 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 2 kg of Ganja was recovered from the bag of the petitioner during checking.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The quantity is much less than commercial quantity. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, (N.D.P.S.)- cum-1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Aurangabad Excise P.S. Case No. 575 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any case other than the present one, the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
