Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 386 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 13.04.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 6579 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in jail. Petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2015 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41696 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 116 of 2013.
