JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of suspicion as the deceased was in love with the daughter of the petitioner. In the course of investigation one co-accused and petitioner were arrested and confessed their guilt. The clothes of the deceased were recovered but it appears that the aforesaid recovery has not been made on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20451 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Kumari Khyati Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.
