2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020, G.R. No. 1901/2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his relative's house on motorcycle, in the way, three unknown persons came there and took away his motorcycle, at the point of pistol.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58525 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 possession. Except confessional statement, there is nothing against him and he is under custody since 09.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released after completing three months under custody, on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020, G.R. No. 1901/2020, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
