ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-12-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 25.6.2015 passed by the XIth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Criminal Appeal No.46 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 18.4.2015 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. case No.774 of 2014 (G.R. No.4751 of 2014), by which he has sentenced him to undergo R.I. for 5 years with fine of Rs.10,000/- under Sections 392 I.P.C. and R.I. for 3 years under Section 411 I.P.C. and in default of which further 3 months S.I. Having gone through the impugned judgments, I do not find any reason for interference.

The Application stands dismissed.
