The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya OP) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2021. Vide order dated 24.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that the case is fixed for framing of charge.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
