The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/376 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since long the petitioner as well as the informant were in the consensual relationship in the village, but only after the petitioner married, the present case under Section 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code have been lodged against him only to put pressure to marry her, however, she herself is a married women. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41176 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 122/2017.
