Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner appears to be superadded. There is no specific allegation against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.08.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
