The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On the disclosure made by co-accused Sudhir Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with arms and ammunition, name of petitioner has transpired in this case.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and only on confession of apprehended co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
