The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR and the fact that the victim is still traceless, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
