The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 279, 304, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to his rash driving father of the informant was died. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
