The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Considering recovery of an illegal arm from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
