(1) That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ or order of direction commanding the respondents to treat the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher of Primary School, Chakia and pay arrears of salary to this petitioner from March 2006 to March 2012.
Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation regarding the redressal of his grievance before
Patna High Court CWJC No.10900 of 2013(3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 the Respondent No.5 i.e. The Block Education Extension Officer, Saraiya, Muzaffarpur. The Respondent No.5 shall examine the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
