2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . Prosecution case is that 15 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner transpired only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that huge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53979 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 quantity of liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

6. Considering the fact that aforesaid facts and also the fact that petitioner is owner of the seized vehicle , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
