The petitioner is languishing in custody since30.1.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury on the temporal region of the nephew of the informant.

The accusation is being corroborated by the postmortem report.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33369 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 196 2012 pending in the court of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge II, Bhojpur at Ara.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
