In view of the antecedent of the petitioner, let Juvenile Justice Board direct for constitution of a Medical Board to submit report about the age of the petitioner and in the light of the report of the Medical Board the Juvenile Justice Board should review its finding with regard to juvenility of the petitioner. If it appears from the report of the Medical Board that petitioner was a juvenile on the date of occurrence, he be given a chance and released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.436 of 2015 dt.11-06-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar in connection with J.J.B. Case No. 534 of 2015, arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 427 of 2014 otherwise he should be remanded to jail custody. Application stands disposed of.
