ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.2.2015 passed by the court of Smt. Sangita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in G.R. No.807 of 2011 arising out of Kotwali P.S. case No.56 of 2011, by which he has dismissed the discharge petition.

Having gone through the facts of the case, I do not find any reason for interference and hence the application stands dismissed.

However, the Trial Court shall conclude the trial positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26864 of 2015 dt.10-03-2016 2/2 for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Senior S.P., Patna, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
